3. Product Feature of the solid fuel fired hot air generator

1) Intelligent control:  we adopt microcomputer one-button operation, automatic feed,  automatic ignition, automatic temperature control, high reliable operation, which is easy to maintain;

2) The furnace inside is made of 304 stainless steel 5mm thick profiles, and adopts the international top "multi-hearth, multi-return, full cold back" technology to improve efficiency.

3) Heat exchange is accomplished efficiently in the chamber, hot air is directly sent into the heating space, the heating time is faster.

4) Using the technology of international top "multi-hearth and multi-return", the heat transfer area can be increased in large quantity, so that the heat can stay in the furnace for longer, so as to achieve full heat exchange.

5) Built-in cyclone dust removal to achieve smokeless and dust-free emission.

6) The boiler design has multi-layer safety protection device; Eliminate the phenomenon of detonation and tempering.

7) High efficient and energy-saving: Our generator using gasification ways to have complete combustion, heating up rapidly, the thermal efficiency can reach more than 90%; the generator body with a multi-return structure maximally increase the heat transfer area, so the heat can be completely conversion; configured a dedicated afterheat recovery unit, greatly reducing the cost of burning because of the exhaust low pipe temperature
