Q1.What Kind of Fuel Can be Used in this Boiler
A:Customer can choose any kind of biomass pellet, including wood pellet, saw dust pellet, straw pellet, corn cob pellet and so on
Q2.Does it Has Protection Device?
A:Yes, it has multiple safety protection device to avoid dangerous during using this boiler. There is automatic stop program and temperature sensor. Every process is monitored and protected.
Q3.How do I install the chimney
A:If you do not know how to install the chimney, please contact us with your landscape drawings. Our engineer will design and support you to install the chimney right.
Q4.Do I have to Install a Dust Collector?
A:Our products are equipped with heat recovery device, there is also a water dust collector. For most customers, there is no need to install an extra device.
Q5.Delivery Time and Shipping Period?
A:Delivery time is depends on the order quantity and our produce schedule. Small orders normally can be shipped out within 7 days.
Shipping period is normally 30~50 days.
