Product Introduction
Pulse Dust Collector is a highly efficient and modern dry-type cartridge/filter bag dust removal equipment, widely used in industrial production to capture and separate flue gas and dust. Its core feature lies in utilizing a momentary injected stream of compressed air (pulse), which flows in reverse to blow off accumulated dust from the filter bags, enabling automatic and continuous dust cleaning.
Core Working Principle
Filtration Process: Dust-laden gas enters the dust collector through the inlet. After being evenly distributed by guide plates, large particles of dust fall directly into the ash hopper. Fine dust particles rise with the airflow and are trapped on the outer surface of the filter bags (or filter cartridges). The purified gas passes into the interior of the filter bags, gathers in the clean air plenum at the top, and is then discharged through the outlet.
Dust Cleaning Process (Pulse Jet): As the dust cake on the filter bag surface thickens, the operational resistance increases. The control system (triggered by a timer or a preset differential pressure) initiates the cleaning cycle. A solenoid pulse valve opens instantaneously, injecting high-pressure compressed air from the air storage tank into the interior of the filter bag in an extremely short time (approximately 0.1 seconds). This powerful air flow causes the filter bag to expand and shake violently. Combined with the reverse airflow, it effectively dislodges the dust cake attached to the outer surface of the bag. The dislodged dust falls into the ash hopper below and is finally discharged through the discharge valve.

Utilizes PLC fully automatic control, enabling timed cleaning and differential pressure-controlled cleaning (automatically adjusting cleaning frequency based on resistance), allowing for unattended operation.
Filter bag replacement is convenient. Especially with top-access designs or when using filter cartridges, replacement can be performed externally without the need to enter the collector interior.

Online Cleaning, Continuous Operation
The cleaning process is conducted by compartment or row, cleaning only a small section of filter bags at a time while others remain in normal operation. This ensures the continuous operation of the dust removal system without affecting the normal production of the main equipment.
