1. Customer Site Situation and Requirement
Using firewood directly fire to provide heat energy for 5-tonVertical Hot Water Boiler, to the 20 Ovens for longan drying. The problem the customer facing: unstable temperature of the hot water, the output drying capacity can not reach requirement, causing black smoke-bad working environment and pollution.

Make proposal according to the information( working data, workshop pictures, running videos etc.) provided by customer. Confirm with the customer then customer come to China to visit our company and check the running machine near by. Have meeting to discuss the solution.
Customer satisfy with our solution then make order. When the burner finish, we send engineer to guide installation and commissioning till the burner working well with the boiler.
3. Result
Installed in May, 2018, 3.0 M Kcal biomass gasification burner used for longan drying in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Using wood chips with 25% moisture to replace firewood, to provide heat energy to produce 95℃ hot water for longan drying by circulating heat dissipation, working 24 hours a day.
After transformation:
