System Introduction
1>Actual auto cleaning discharging system.It runs continuously for 24 hours, and it does not need to stop the machine for ash cleaning in the middle,which ensures the continuous stability of production.
2>Automatic constant pressure, constant temperature, safety interlock protection: The equipment electric control cabinet is connected with the pressure gauge of the boiler and kiln, and the temperature gauge. The pressure and temperature are automatically controlled by the fire at different stages. At the same time, it can be connected with the boiler control cabinet to realize over-pressure, ultra-low ultra-high water level shutdown, and the safety guarantee is fully in place.
3>Intelligent automatic control system: PLC, frequency conversion, touch screen control, can be connected with boiler electric control cabinet, boiler induced draft fan, feeding conveyor belt, automatic slag connection and linkage control. Through the liquid crystal display, the operation status of each part can be visually displayed, and the operating parameters can be adjusted according to the actual conditions of the working conditions, which is convenient and easy for the running training personnel to get started.
4>Automatic feeding system: conveyor belt conveyor and electric control box linkage control to achieve automatic feeding. The operator only needs to keep the silo with biomass fuel, and the whole set will automatically control the feeding speed and control the firepower according to temperature and pressure. 2-15 tons of boilers need only 1-2 operators per shift.
