Precautions for operation of ingot line:
Preparation before ingot casting:
1. Check the lubrication condition of each lubrication part and the lubricating oil of the gearbox before each shift. If the lubrication condition is not good, add lubricating oil in time.
2. Check the fastening condition of each connecting part before ingot casting in each shift. If it is loose, tighten it in time.
3. The ingot mold and ingot plate should be placed neatly, and the top of the chain transmission part should be covered with a cast iron plate to prevent foreign objects from falling and jamming the chain.
4. Check whether there are obstacles on the ground track, and if so, clean it up in time.
5 Carefully check the power cord, socket, switch, etc. and test run before ingot casting.
During ingot casting:
1. In the process of ingot casting, if there are hidden troubles such as bearing damage, abnormal sound of the gearbox, etc., deal with it after the ingot casting is completed.
2. During operation, it is necessary to drag the power cord away from the ingot casting trolley to avoid leakage and short circuit caused by high temperature melting of the insulation layer of the power cord.
After ingot casting:
1. After ingot casting, pull down the air switch to cut off the power supply, and put away the dragging power cord in time.
2. Eliminate hidden troubles found during ingot casting, and replace damaged parts.
3. Clear the stagnant objects on the track and turn the chain.
4. The lubricating oil of the gearbox is replaced once a year, and the small wheel bearings are maintained and greased quarterly.
