Biomass Pellet Aluminum Melting Furnace is mainly used for melting aluminum and heat preservation, also can be used for low-melting-point nonferrous metals and alloy such as zinc, magnesium, stannum, brass, plumbum, cadmium for melting and heat preservation. Because of using the wood pellet as green combustion fuel, this metal melting furnace has advantages of high heat efficiency, simple construction, user-friendly control, low power consumption etc.

1. What raw material can be melted?
The furnace is mainly used for melting low melting point metal and alloy, such as aluminum scrap(cans, card parts etc), aluminum ingot, Zinc, magnesium etc.
2. What capacity do you have?
The hot sale model is 300kg, 500kg , 800kg and 1000kg (the crucible capacity). Can be customized.
3. What fuel can be used?
Now only pellet can be used. Size 6-10mm, calorific value about 4000 kcal/kg, ash content <10%.
4. What’s the max temperature can be reached?
The max melting temperature up to 770 ℃
5. What’s the fuel consumption?
250 kg pellet for having 1 ton aluminum liquid.
