Description
Biomass metal melting furnace is used for low melting point metal and alloys smelting such as aluminum, zinc, magnesium etc. The feeding system is especially designed for wood pellet with size at 6-12 mm, which is easy to add the fuel and save fuel cost compared with gas, oil or electricity fired furnace.

1. What’s the fuel consumption of the pellet melting furnace?
Generally, 250 kg wood pellet consumption for melting 1 ton aluminum.
2. What’s the melting time for first pot and for later?
3-4 hours for first pot because it has to warm the crucible for new furnace. Later 2.5-3 hours.
3. Besides wood pellet, any other biomass fuel can use?
Our biomass aluminum melting furnace feeding system is designed for pellets, Other biomass pellet also can use, but wood pellet is the best.
4.How about the installation and operation?
The melting furnace is of very easy installation and operation. All of our customers nowadays can do the installation and operation by themselves based on the manual and videos.
