Biomass fuel such as wood chips, wood pellet, wood waste, palm shell feeded into the burner and then burned at high temperature which called pyrolysis. High temperature pyrolysis is a process in which biomass fuels can be pyrolyzed to produce combustible volatiles, such as CH4, CO and H, which account for about 80% of the composition of biomass fuels. Some of them burned in the furnace, the other is fully burned through the nozzle after secondary oxygenation. The heat energy is exported to the boiler and kiln for heating. Thermal energy achieves the highest utilization.
