Main Features
A)The reverberatory furnace uses low energy consumption burner with preheater, which can effectively utilize heat of exhaust gas.
B)High quality burner is adopted, which has large flame radiation area and high thermal efficiency.
C) The temperature of molten aluminium can be controlled within +/-15 ℃ and the oxygen content of atmosphere in the furnace is less than 5%.
D)The reverberatory furnace can effectively prevent the production of oxides in the furnace.
E)Because of its unique heat isolation structure, it can effectively reduce surface heat
radiation, reduce ambient temperature and improve thermal efficiency.
F) The service life of high aluminium castable lining is longer than 3 years.
G)Special combustion system and combustion-supporting fan are adopted to realize low noise work.
