drying temperature: 180 ℃, air flow: 18000 M3/H,
Plam shell humidity : 30% before drying and 15% after drying.
2. Solution
According to the data provided by customers and based on the formula, the calorific value requirement is 540,000 Kcal. It is suggested to use 800,000 Kcal, and finally 1.8 million Kcal gasifier should be used due to customer demand.
3. Result
The drying capacity increase from 10-15 ton/h to 25 ton/h.
