2. Customer Site Situation
At present, the factory has a drying line with capacity of 1.1T/H, drum diameter of 1.2m, induced draft fan of 18.5Kw, whirlwind dust collector at the tail and bag dust collector.The moisture before drying is 40-50%, dry to 2%.
The new production line is expected to run continuously for 24 hours, with 40-50% moisture before drying , 2% after drying, burning palm shells. The drum has been purchased with a diameter of 1.5 meters.
3. Solution
According to the data and demand provided by customers, the need for 1.2 million Kcal biomass gasifier burner is calculated and the specific plan is presented. Before using the palm shell, we have to make a report of the fuel to check the contents and the Calorific value. And we have to check the running site and do test before running. After a few times of tests, we improve time by time and finally the burner running well with the drum dryer.
