Product Introduction
Split type hot air generator is uniquely designed for rubberng drying.It produces heat by biomass gasifier burner, which is then exchanged to clean hot air for drying. Due to the fact that hot air has no circulation while drying(no disposable), required amount of hot air is relatively high. Meanwhile, non-pollution is another element considered in the rubber industry.Therefore, a special product comes out for it.
One of the great features of this device is a multi-function feeding system which accept wood chips, wood blocks, briquette, palm shells, coconut shells and irregular fuel, can saving 30 ~ 60% of fuel costs than the traditional fuels Oil/Gas/Electricity burners. Besides,it also has advantages of energy saving, high efficiency, automatic operation, environmental protection and lower emission.

2)The furnace inside is made of 304 stainless steel 5mm thick profiles, and adopts the international top "multi-hearth, multi-return, full cold back" technology to improve efficiency.
3)Using the technology of international top "multi-hearth and multi-return", the heat transfer area can be increased in large quantity, so that the heat can stay in the furnace for longer, so as to achieve full heat exchange.
