DIRECTION FOR USE
1. Preparation before installation
1) Check that the inner wall and bottom of the crucible furnace are intact.
2) Check if there is any residual slag in the furnace, if so remove it in time.
2. Choose the correct crucible base
1) Crucible base shall be of the same shape and slightly larger size ( about 2cm ) as the bottom of the crucible.
2) For different types of crucible fumaces, a suitable height crucible base should be selected.
3) Avoid the use of waste, crucible base, otherwise it will areatly shorten the crucible life.
3. Installation and fixing
Crucible for gas or fuel furnace installation:
First the crucible is placed on the base , and a certain crucible expansion space is reserved between the crucible and the top of the furnace wall which is fixed by using wood blocks, cardboard and other materials.
Adjust the position of the burner and nozzle so that the flame is aligned to the combustion chamber and can not be directly aligned to the bottom of the crucible.

1) If the customer has stopped the furnace for more than 5 days, the crucible must be baked again like a new crucible.
2) Because the casting material in the furnace body contains large moisture , the new furnace body must be baked for two hours , and then loaded into the crucible , and bake the cauldron and furnace body with baking the new crucible.
3) Cracks appear in the crucible, pay special attention before 200 degrees, . Don't rush. The temperature is raised very slowly, so that the crucible has an adaptation process. lf the crucible is stored for a long time, it is necessary to extend the low-temperature baking time to completely remove water vapor.
4) Before stopping the furnace, scoop out the molten aluminum. And clean the scum on the inner wall of the crucible while lt is hot. Prevent the crucible from being heated up again. The dross will also corrode the crucible and affect the heat conduction, Close the furnace lid and close the vent. to maintain the residual temperature.
5) When the furnace temperature is still in existence, when use crucible again, so need according to the normal preheating mode. When the furnace temperature has receded and cooled, when use the crucible again, so need according to the preheating method of reuse.
(一)Resistance furnace crucible baking
1) Because there are pores in the crucible material. it will absorb moisture, Therefore, the crucible must be preheated before use to ensure that there is no moisture. Otherwise, the rapid heating will cause the crucible to burst.
2) Before using the new crucible for the first time, if possible, move the crucible nearly the furnace to preheat for 4-24 hours.
3) Before using the new crucible, if possible, put the wood in the crucible to burn for 2-4 hours, which will help the crucible to dehumidify.
(二)How to use flame furnace crucible
1) The method of using the flame furnace crucible is very important. improper method will cause the crucible to bloom, explode, crack on the top and other problems. Before using the crucible, fill up one-third of the crucible with scraps, and then preheat the pot and materials together. When preheating only the empty pot, due to the rapid fire of the pellet stove, the empty pot will heat up sharply, the crucible will overheat, and the flower will flow.
2) After 1 month of use, stop the furnace for half a day, hoist the crucible out, and clean the carbon and ash outside the crucible. Use an electric wire brush, and this can increase the thermal conductivity. Turn it 90 degrees and put it into the furnace. Prevent the flame from burning in one position all the time.
3) After using for another one and a half months, lift out the crucible again, clean up the carbon, turn it 90 degrees, and put it into the furnace.
4) When handing over shifts and eating, don' t add too much cold scraps, lf you add too much, the upper aluminum liquid will solidify, causing the upper part to be cold and the lower part to be hot, and the top of the crucible will crack.
5) lf a slag breaker is added during smelting, the slag on the inner wall of the crucible must be cleaned up in time, otherwise it will corrode the crucible and cause the lower part of the crucible to seep liquid slag, At the same time,the accumulated dross affects the heat conduction of the crucible.
