Structure
GreenVicni Tilting Aluminum Scrap Melting Furnace use high quality material and with strong sturcture to ensure the furnace can have longer service life and stable operation.
1. Outside structure and material
Steel plate shell and reinforced with profile steel. The top plate of furnace body is made of heat-resistant cast steel. The crucible cover is made of steel plate and stamped into the shape of head. Lined with ceramic fiber blanket.
2.Inner structure
Tilting Aluminum Scrap Melting Furnace is mainly made of ceramic fiber thermal insulation materials and refractory bricks.
3.Crucible pressure plate
Cast iron plate for fixing crucible.
4.1 set of furnace dumping mechanism
Hydraulic mechanical transmission is adopted to change the position of furnace body. Equipped with furnace locating pin. Install the dump reducer drive below. Soft limit and limit hard limit are set to ensure the positioning of furnace and caster.
