What is the biomass gasification burner?
Biomass is a plant material that can be converted into fuel - when you burn wood to heat it, you are using biomass to provide sufficient heat power. However, burning plant material does not fully utilize its potential energy. The gasification process effectively converts most of the plant material into fuel. This product can use materials drying, boiler power supply, power vehicles,etc. The conversion from plant material into energy takes place in the biomass gasifier.
Biomass gasification duration
The biomass gasification process essentially converts almost all forms of biomass or solid fuels, such as agricultural residues, corn waste, rice hulls, wood, wood waste, etc., into a combustible gas mixture, which is commonly referred to as a process gas. The production gas consists of carbon monoxide, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, methane and nitrogen.
This conversion process is typically used for a variety of biomass materials, and it partially limits the combustion of such biomass in the process. Partial combustion occurs when the intake of air (oxygen) supply is controlled and less than a sufficient amount is supplied to the system for biomass combustion.
