What's The Hazards Of Coal-fired Boilers? How To Avoid?

Jun 03, 2019

There are two main hazards of coal-fired boilers. One is the safety hazard caused by smoke and dust emission of coal-fired boilers, and the other is the boiler hazard caused by coking of coal-fired boilers. Most of the users of coal-fired boilers are small units and small enterprises. Considering the operation cost, they often use inferior coal, do not use desulfurization and dust removal equipment, and discharge directly into the atmosphere. This is one of the most important reasons for the present large-scale haze weather.

Therefore, China requires that small coal stoves be treated. Seven ministries and commissions have issued coal-fired boiler renovation plans, and completely eliminated and banned the construction of coal-fired boilers under 10 tons.

Now most of coal fired boilers are converted to biomass fired which is of high efficiency, cost saving and environment friendly.

Nowadays, environmental issue is becoming more and more serious and many countries have launched related policy to protect the environment.

Greenvinci has rich experience in converting coal/wood, gas, oil fired boiler/ dryer to biomass fired such as wood pellet, wood chips and palm shell etc. with biomass burner.
