Description
The biomass burner sends the fuel into the top hopper through a belt conveyor. Then fuel enters the furnace through a closed feeder and are evenly distributed on the grate. The fuel thickness is between 150-350mm. The biomass fuel is preheated and dried on the grate, and then enters the high-temperature oxidation zone to crack out combustible gases such as CO, H2, and CnHn. Part of the combustible gas is burned in the furnace, and the other part is output to the burner and then burned with oxygen for a second time to form a semi-gasification compound and complete combustion.
The burned ash will continuely pushed out of the burner by moving grate and discharged by ash removal machine.
